Pre Tenancy

* Arrange for tenants’ guarantors if required.

* Compile the Private Rented Tenancy Agreement

* Issue copies of the safety certificates

* Meet tenant(s) to explain the new Private Rented Tenancy (PRT) and provide information on the changes

* Compile a full move in folder for all tenants which includes copies of all legal documentation and contact numbers

What the Rent Collection Service covers:

* Monthly collection of rent by Standing Order

* Same Day transfer of rent into the Landlord Account

* Monthly rental statement

* Chase all late payments

* Inform you if your tenant has fallen behind and arrange for debtors’ letters if necessary

* Landlord login to our payment system, allowing you to monitor the account
